A little different looking. . .

My bag just doesn't look like most of yours, but I like it. I used a Lamb's Pride bulky yarn for the body so maybe that has something to do with the elongated look of my bag. And I always have a little bit of pattern anxiety. . . wondering if I am interpretting things correctly. Thanks to Sharon, this has been a very stretching experience. I ordered the pattern without a paypal account and now I have one. I hadn't previously worked with cables and now I have. And I've never posted to a blog. So hurray!

Cynthia,
I think it looks beautiful- the oranges are so much fun..and so perfect for the season. Do you have any more pictures I can't really tell what is different...did you do a braided or twisted strap for the handle?
Congratulations..it is wonderful that you have new skills of all sorts!

I like the colors! I don't see the difference in the shape- maybe because it's a side pic?

You didn't do anything wrong as long as you like the way it turned out. My cables on pockets came out smaller than I expected but I love it, and wouldn't have it any other way. So while TECHNICALLY it was over-felted, I love it so no mistake in my world. I think your bag looks great. I love the oranges.
