I'm so happy!
I'm such a proud new Mum here and I hope Sharon is too! I just can't tell you how much I love this bag that will be my Mum's Christmas present. I can highly recommend this pattern. The intarsia is not too difficult and I had a lot of fun with the embroidery. I used Berkshire Bulky wool which is a wool/alpaca blend from Webs. It came out a little fluffy for my liking but I just gave it a little shave with a disposable razor.

WOW WOW WOW WOW- I wasn'at prepared to see this- Jo, can I hoestly a you have outdone yourself. This is truly magnificent. I am not sending you a hug (ha ha) I am just incredibly proud of you....it's amazing. I bet your Mum will be over the moon with this!

I know nobody seem to comment on one another's bag but I had to leave a second comment (without spelling errors)...I just can't get over this bag!
That came out great!!! I'm sure your Mom will love it :-) I still have a few more things to finish before I get get to my next She-Knits pattern (Marly Bag) but I can't wait to start it!
